Surprise performance announced! presented by FOREX

Special performances have been announced for “GOD Zankyo PRESENTED BY FOREX”!

LUNA SEA’s Shinya and other amazing performers will be performing in the venue, starting with a spectacular opening act for the first-time “GOD Zankyo” and livening up the venue during the intervals between competitions!

In addition to traditional Japanese music musicians 望月左太助, 望月左太寿郎, and 福原百貴, 真矢 will also participate on taiko drums.

These traditional Japanese music musicians have also performed with Maya on his drum solos at LUNA SEA concerts,
and the collaboration between traditional performing arts and drums will be something only Maya, whose father is a Noh actor, could pull off.

Maya was appointed the “Hadano Hometown Ambassador” of her hometown, Hadano City, Kanagawa Prefecture, in May 2023, and the “Matsuribayashi Association” was formed to promote the festival music that is indispensable to Hadano festivals.

While inheriting the traditional sounds from their predecessors, they are working to spread the Hadano festival music and festival culture by adding arrangements and enjoying it as music.
